Our posters are printed on a 230gsm Fine Art professional high definition matte stock. This ensures all the colours are lovely and vibrant with no reflections to distract from the image. Please note all posters are sent unframed.

Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods in an unused resellable condition (original, unopened packaging). All returns have to be sent back via Recorded Delivery at your own cost. Personalised products and made to order items are non-returnable and exchanges or refunds will not be processed on these items unless faulty or damaged.

We make sure all orders are packaged securely but if anything arrives damaged or if anything is missing from the order it must be reported to us in writing via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please attach photographs. After inspection of the damaged goods we will notify you of any exchange or refund due.

Shipping

We dispatch all poster orders within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Second Class Standard. Postage & Packaging for all orders below £50 is £3. Free postage for all orders over £50. All posters are lovingly protected by recyclable cellophane bags and carefully rolled into tubes (A4 prints will be sent flat).

Original Art orders are protected and shipped via a courier company. Original Art that is in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days – bespoke orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.
